Isn’t it interesting that direct composite placement is, on one hand, the most basic professional activity performed by majority of dentists in the world. And yet on the other hand, there is probably no other area of dentistry so full of errors and imperfections leading to root canal therapies, crowning, TMJ problems and teeth loss. I just ask a simple question - when was the last time you saw a really beautiful direct composite restoration? I strongly believe that there is something more to it than a „filling”. I believe that direct composite restorations should be placed in delicate, precise manner, they should be esthetic and long-lasting. I believe that working with composites may be really engaging. And most of all I believe, that skills which are mandatory for placing perfect composite restoration, are also indispensable in many other areas of dentistry. During my Hands-On we will learn about: - posterior teeth morphology - biomechanics - minimally invasive preparation techniques - precise modeling I will also show you some of my everyday tips&tricks.
