The ribbon-cutting ceremony at the 32DentalDesigns facility was the moment of culmination of months of hard work by the team and symbolized achievement for all those involved. The event commenced with a warm welcome by the company's leadership, Mr Suyog Pednekar and Mr Jean Sebastien Blot, vice presidents of revenue and operations respectively. Mr Suyog, leading sales in the Middle East and Africa region, shared a few insightful words that highlighted the company's journey, achievements, and the vision for the future. The event was graced by esteemed guests from CAPP(Centre for Advanced Professional Practices) & Dental Tribune MEA and Mr. Basem AlHakim, the editor in chief of the Arab dental labor magazine.

Further enriched by a guided tour of the facility and walkthrough of the website, 32DentalDesigns.ae. The event allowed attendees to experience firsthand the advancements and digitization that 32DentalDesigns brings to the table.

The team at 32DentalDesigns is experienced with four expert technicians at the lab working in the plaster room, CAD / CAM & Ceramic room.

At the forefront of the operation is Dr Mahmoud Burhan, the director of dental and derma sales.

With expert knowledge as a dentist himself, Dr Mahmoud is knowledgeable in the technicalities of a dental lab and with sharp business acumen. He is leading the charge in expanding the Digital Dental Lab’s market presence. With his unique skill set, he is able to navigate the intricate landscape of both the medical and commercial aspects of 32DentalDesigns.

The Lab Manager, Mr. Anas Faraj, has over 8+ years of experience working as a Dental Lab Technician. He has worked in Syria for over 5 years where he ran his own lab, after which he worked in Dubai for 3 years with multiple labs before joining 32DentalDesigns. At 32DentalDesigns he is taking care of the ceramic department & QA/QC. He specializes in doing dental ceramic build-up, grinding & finishing functions.

Mr. Rehan, who is the crown designer, has over 10+ years’ experience in Dental Lab Technology. He has mastered exoCAD, which he uses for designing his crowns. He has worked in labs across India, Saudi Arabia & Abu Dhabi (UAE) before joining 32DentalDesigns.

The team also has two more technicians Ms. Hajir & Ms. Amani who work in the plaster room.

At the lab, 32DentalDesigns pride themselves in using only the highest caliber machinery. With Dentsply Sirona equipment inLab MC x5 for Scanning & Milling and the Ugin Dentaire eON Zirconia Sintering furnace for superior quality work. They also have the FormLabs 3D printer, which is reliable, easy-to-integrate 3D printing solutions, with validated workflows for 15+ dental indications. With their state of the art machinery and expert team, 32DentalDesigns can manufacture biocompatible surgical guides, splints, fixed patterns and models, clear aligner models, and full dentures.
