The Pediatric Dentistry Symposium (PDS) is the first of its kind, organised by the Center for Advanced Professional Practices (CAPP). It invites all pediatric dentists from the region and beyond to learn about the latest advances in pediatric dentistry. The symposium will take place on 27-28 October 2023 at the Madinat Jumeirah Arena and Conference Centre in Dubai, UAE. This symposium is a unique opportunity to connect with other professionals in the field, learn from expert speakers, and gain valuable knowledge that can transform the way pediatric dentists care for their patients.

This symposium is an integral part of the upcoming “36th Int’l Dental ConfEx CAD/CAM Digital & Oral Facial Aesthetics” scheduled to take place on 27-28 October 2023. This year’s theme for PDS is “Keys to Restoring the Mouths of Children – a Micro Pediatric Dentistry Residency”. The two-day event will feature expert speakers, hands-on training course, and a range of topics covering various aspects of pediatric dentistry.

Seats are limited for the event, and interested parties are encouraged to register as soon as possible. The first day of the symposium (27 October 2023) will consist of lectures, while the second day (28 October 2023) delegates can choose between attending the hands-on training course titled “Direct Pulp Treatment, Crown Preps and Space Maintainers – Advanced Pediatric Dentistry Masterclass” or attending the main lectures of the “36th Int’l Dental ConfEx CAD/CAM Digital & Oral Facial Aesthetics”.

The symposium will cover a wide range of topics, including Behavioral Management, Conscious Sedation, Restorative Pediatric Dentistry, Space Maintenance A-Z, and Pulp Therapy. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from expert speakers in the field of pediatric dentistry, including Dr. LaRee Johnson from the United States, Dr. Paloma Perez from Spain, and Dr. Huei Jinn Tong from Singapore.
