DUBAI, UAE: This morning, the UAE International Dental Conference and Arab Dental Exhibition (AEEDC Dubai) opened it’s doors to the international dental community. Three decades after its launch, AEEDC Dubai continues to serve as a central meeting point for the international dental community. Since its inception in 1996, the annual show has evolved from a regional scientific meeting into one of the world’s largest annual dental conferences and exhibitions. Over the past few decades, the event has grown alongside Dubai itself, reflecting the city’s development into a global hub for healthcare, education and international collaboration.

Dr Abdulsalam AlMadani, chairperson of AEEDC Dubai and of the Global Scientific Dental Alliance, reflects on this trajectory: “International collaboration has shaped the scientific character of AEEDC Dubai from its earliest years. What has made the event truly influential is the way that it brings together different schools of thought in dentistry and supports knowledge exchange.”

AEEDC Dubai brings together dental professionals from across the spectrum of oral healthcare to engage with developments in clinical practice, research, education and technology. Figures from the 2025 edition underline the event’s international reach: It attracted more than 85,000 visitors and participants from 177 countries to the conference and exhibition.

The AEEDC Dubai 2026 conference features a wide-ranging scientific programme with more than 100 international speakers, focusing on core areas such as oral implantology, digital dentistry, restorative and aesthetic dentistry, endodontics and periodontology, alongside interdisciplinary sessions relevant to daily practice. The programme also includes hands-on workshops and student activities and is designated by INDEX Conferences & Exhibitions Organisation LLC for 18 continuing education credits. Conference sessions take place across six halls of the Dubai World Trade Centre: Sheikh Rashid Hall C, D, E, F and G, as well as Sheikh Maktoum Hall B.

In addition to the scientific programme, the event features a large-scale international exhibition. At AEEDC Dubai 2025, 5,328 brands were represented by 3,924 international companies. This year, the exhibition spans ten halls and hosts companies from across the global dental industry. Twelve country pavilions are represented, including Brazil, China, France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Pakistan, Russia, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland and Turkey, offering insight into regional developments and manufacturing expertise.
