Hospital staff, patients, and visitors can even be carriers of disease-causing microbes on their hands. The results of research show that more than half of hospital infections could be avoided if the procedure for hand hygiene was observed by medical personnel.
Let us also remember the importance of hand hygiene in daily life – this, after the simplest protection against circulating everywhere and always pathogenic bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites.
