Hands-On Course: The 5 principles of Occlusion for modern day Advanced Restorative Procedures

The master of Prosthodontics, Prof. Paul Tipton from the UK, would like to invite you to participate in his hands-on course on 04 May 2017 in Dubai. He will present the main characteristics of how to obtain good occlusion.

All dental professionals are invited to be a part of this special dental hands-on course. The workshop is a part of the 12th edition of CAD/CAM & Digital Dentistry Conference & Exhibition during the Dubai Dental Week. Prof. Tipton will teach the audience about restorative and cosmetic dentistry and their principles. The course is divided into two sessions, morning and afternoon session.

The main purposes and provided topics in the morning session are:

  • The five principles of occlusion
  • RAP V-centric relation
  • Mutually protected occlusion
  • The importance of anterior guidance
  • Non- working side interferences
  • Posterior stability

The second part of the course is the afternoon session. This part is dedicated to the hands-on practical course. This will cover face bows and jaw registration. Reviews and discussions are included in this section too.
